Refund and Cancelation Policy

Free Trial:

This is a completely risk-free trial with no strings attached. After the free trial, you can continue. After the free trial, you can cancel the service if it does not work for you and/or your child for any reason.

Customer Satisfaction Policy:

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply email and request a refund within 7 days of the month’s commencement. Within 24 hours, you will receive a response.

Cancellation Policy:

You must cancel your subscription before due date to avoid the next invoice. if you do not cancel and our system deducts the payment automatically we will not be responsible

Payment of fee (Hadiya):

Fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month. In exceptional circumstances, where a parent guarantees and agrees to pay the price at a later date, the academy reserves the right to continue classes. In the event of non-payment, the academy will have the parent’s permission to pursue the money through all legal means.

First and foremost:

1. We accept credit and debit cards , Wester Union, PayPal & your local Bank Transfer. 2. The transaction must be carried out by parents, siblings, or a guardian. 3. Students have the option of paying in advance for several months. 4. If a family has more than one student, they can make a single fee transaction for all of those pupils.
